Exchanges & Refunds

I do not accept exchanges or refunds unless a mistake was made on my end.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving it so I can help resolve the problem.

Scrunchie Guarantee

If your scrunchie breaks within 1 month of normal wear, I will replace it free of charge.
Replacements will be made in the same fabric (if available), or you may choose from the current fabrics available at that time.

Turnaround Time (MTO Orders)

Current made-to-order (MTO) turnaround time is listed at the top of the website.
This timeframe excludes weekends, holidays, and birthdays.
If you need your order rushed, please reach out before placing your order to confirm availability.
