    Exchanges & Refunds

    • I do not accept exchanges or refunds unless a mistake was made on my end.
    • If there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving it so I can help resolve the problem.


    Scrunchie Guarantee

    • If your scrunchie breaks within 1 month of normal wear, I will replace it free of charge.
    • Replacements will be made in the same fabric (if available), or you may choose from the current fabrics available at that time.

    Turnaround Time (MTO Orders)

    • Current made-to-order (MTO) turnaround time is listed at the top of the website.
    • This timeframe excludes weekends, holidays, and birthdays.
    • If you need your order rushed, please reach out before placing your order to confirm availability.
